Shipping costs of £80 to the UK mainland is automatically added at the checkout. If you are located in Scotland or Northern Ireland, there may be a surcharge for shipping. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect an Item at our workshop in Taunton, Somerset. UK. Please get in touch before you purchase if you wish to collect, so you are not charged a delivery charge at the checkout.

Once delivery has been confirmed, the delivery company will promptly reach out to you directly in order to coordinate a mutually convenient delivery date and time. Rest assured, our team is readily available to assist with any inquiries or concerns that may arise during this process.

RETURNS

We hope that you are fully satisfied with every purchase you make from Annie's Furniture Art. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a particular item, we are happy to provide a refund within 10 days of receipt. Please note that unless the item has been damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the returned item. Your card will be refunded the full amount for the item upon receipt of the goods back to us.
